WHY DOES ROOTS EXIST?

The ROOTS Organization exists to unify, empower, and elevate the next generation of leaders across the entire college basketball ecosystem. We are a collective of coaches, administrators, scouts, agents, and influencers who share a commitment to advancing the game, supporting one another’s growth, and shaping the future of college basketball.

ROOTS is built on genuine relationships and a shared belief that the game moves forward when the right people move forward. What connects us goes beyond titles, programs, and positions—it is a belief in one another and in the responsibility to leave the game better than we found it.
