WHERE ROOTS BEGAN

EST 2022

What started as an idea to give young coaches in the profession somewhere to call home during Final Four weekend grew into something much bigger.

The ROOTS Final Four Social became a place where relationships were formed, experiences were shared, and people from across the basketball profession came together in an environment that felt genuine and familiar. Year after year, that community continued to grow—and ultimately laid the foundation for what would become the ROOTS Organization.

Today, the Social brings together coaches, administrators, commissioners, scouts, agents, and influential voices from across the basketball landscape—all while remaining connected to the spirit in which it began.
